Popular Venues During Miami Swim Week
The big SwimShow runway shows are held at the Miami Beach Convention Center each year. Other producers who took part in runway shows at the convention center include Cabana, Swimsuit Fashion Shows, and Hammock.
In 2023, there were more than 50 public events that occurred at various locations. Below we will discuss some of those venues and what types of events they hosted. When 2024 venues are announced, we will offer updated information.
Fontainebleau Hotel
Art Hearts Fashion presented their designs at the Fontainebleau Hotel. There were 3 runways, including the Fontainebleau Theatre, an outdoor runway that was set over the hotel's amazing outdoor pool, and the oceanside runway.
W South Beach
The W South Beach played host to a kickoff event for Miami Swim Week. DJ Mike Louis had the beats pumping while chef Todd English brought on the tasty BBQ bites and cocktails. Be sure to stay up to date on the events that could be occurring at W South Beach this year.
Showfields
Showfields hosted a shop-a-thon event that boasted a wide variety of Swim Week designers. They typically host day events so be sure not to miss this hot spot!
Hyde Beach
Hyde Beach is well known for its steaming hot pool parties. Hundreds of models, influencers, celebrities, and industry icons will be seen at Hyde Beach. When you need to cool off, be sure to check out the party at Hyde Beach.
The Deck at the Island Gardens
A little fitness never hurt after parting all week. Deck at Island Gardens and influencer Gail Fainseler hosted a Swim Fit event. This event included activities such as CinderFit, Rumble Boxing South Beach, ISI Elite Training Miami, and Boot Camp with Rick Chavez.
SLS South Beach
SLS South Beach opened Miami Swim Week last year with the “Best Charity” winner Little Lighthouse Foundation. Their fashion runway show included icons such as Ema Savahl Couture, Paola Estefania, and Amaretto. This show also offered 3 hours of complimentary cocktails supplied by Tito’s, Tequila 512, Stella Artois, and Nutrl Vodka Soda.
The Bass
The Bass played host to a Midsummer Night’s Dream. It was a wonderland for all things swimwear. Designers gathered here to showcase their latest collections, while DJ Shotgun spined some beats.
