Top Looks from Milan Fashion Week: Emporio Armani’s Business Casual
With Milan Fashion Week coming to a close, we get to look back at some of our favorite looks from the event. We got to see so many great outfits at this event!
We totally enjoyed the wearability of the Emporio Armani collection this year. Many stunning pieces of this collection would be ready to step right off the carpet and onto the street, which is uncommon.
One look that stood out to us specifically at Milan Fashion Week could act perfectly as a business casual look.
The Look
The model stepped onto the runway in a long-sleeved, black dress that fell just above her knee. The dress is relatively simple, with some texture in the bust area.
Ladies - an important note - it has pockets!
The outfit was accessorized with thigh-high boots and a black and white scarf tied around her neck. The scarf is black on one side and white on the other; the two colors are seemingly different materials.
She finished the look with a pair of simple earrings and a classy mini purse she carried on her walk down the runway.
Why We Liked This Look
The looks at Fashion Week are reminiscent of the fashion that will be seen next year. Still, some styles displayed on the runway could be more realistic to wear on the street or at events.
However, this look could be pulled straight off the runway and go into the real world, which we really appreciate. The dress is cute and appears to be very functional, and it would suit people with different senses of style and could be dressed up or down as the wearer sees fit.
We enjoyed the touches of flair that Emporio Armani added to set the look apart, like the ascot-esque scarf and the purse.
